All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Irene & Ruby is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at support@ireneandruby.com so we can investigate the issue.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged packaging

• Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review your claim and work to provide a suitable resolution.

Multiple Packages

In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately due to product availability or fulfillment locations.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment.
